Tic.Toc was an occasional festival of experimental ideas in music and time-based art. The festival, based in Victoria, BC Canada, was produced in 1996, 1997, 1999, 2000, and 2002, by Christopher Butterfield, Clint Hutzulak and Bonnie Light.

MANDATE
The purposes of the Tic.Toc Festival of New Performance Society are:
a) to promote, present and produce performances of new works with an emphasis on performance that involves sound;
b) to encourage new performance practices and practitioners through promotion, presendtation and production of work by new performance practitioners;
c) to do such other acts and things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
